Todo muy bien!

Location is perfect, price is perfect, rooms and corridors were clean. However, this is not a hotel, please don’t book if you are expecting a hotel. The self check is not easy and you have to pay an extra $200 Canadian dollars to get access to the check in details. This amount is refunded only after they check that the remote controls are in the room( not sure what the obsession with remote controls is but no one is going to steal remote controls!). The phone number says it’s for WhatsApp but no one seems to check it, and l don’t think the staff know that they have WhatsApp. There were rats in the room, when we got there ( we have video evidence) it took us almost all night to get the rats out of the room as they kept hiding. You have to pay about $40 per day if you want house keeping and every other service is chargeable. The shower didn’t drain and if you run the water for more than 3 mins it over flows out of the cubicle. Which made it really uncomfortable to shower. If you are an adult over 21 ( or children) l wouldn’t recommend these rooms to save your dignity from the embarrassment of hearing all the sexual sounds and screaming in the other rooms. And there is no lift but 3 floors.

Ha superado nuestrs expectativas. Habitación/apartamento enorme. Como estar en una casa con las ventajas de hotel (limpieza de habitación diaria, recepción 24h) y con café de cortesía las 24horas. Situación bastante buena, cerca de una parada de metro e incluso un paseo de 20 minutos hasta plaza Dundas. Sin duda muy recomendable.
