She went over and above to ensure our family stay was enjoyable. Not impressed with the food. Breakfast was okay and bar food need some reviewing. Kitchen was not flexible around the menu for those with allergies or with children. When we asked to swop the chips for rice on our child’s meal we were told we couldn’t! "

"We love staying at the Ethorpe although we've not since the refurb, but wow! The rooms are amazing, really comfy beds, decorated very tastefully with a gorgeous bathroom to boot! The whole refurb is brilliant. The breakfast was fantastic. Such a wonderful choice of breakfasts from pancakes to eggs benedict. A wide array of juices, pastries, all served by a very helpful and friendly waiter. I would highly recommend the Ethorpe Hotel!"

"Efficient check-in, helpful staff, rooms clean and new. We got the bus in the morning to LHR terminal 3 and it's right outside the hotel, very easy and quick transfer. Parking at the hotel is really easy. It's a really easy and good value way to get close to the airport and leave the car whilst on holiday when you've an early flight."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the B&B. Staff were very friendly and professional. The room was much larger than average, including the bathroom which had a full tub. We enjoyed a delicious authentic Indian dinner in the afternoon. The curtains blocked out 100% of the light, and we heard no sounds from either the street outside nor from in the hallways. We slept on a very comfortable bed for a full 10 hours. Full English breakfast in the morning with bangers, beans, and mushrooms. Definitely...
