"Property is showing its age and needs better cleaning. The first room I was given smelled so bad I could not stay in it. The second one was fine. It was my first stay at a Premier hotel and I was expecting more."

"Kudos to the two staff members who were there (at different times) during our one-night stay. Both were very helpful and friendly. As for the property, it is a rather typical lower end chain hotel, though it has what was needed and is inexpensive. The hotel itself is a bit isolated, but it has a bar and restaurant (which we did not try)."

"We just returned from staying a night at The Langley. What a wonderful stay it was. The staff from reception to the housekeeping were so friendly and courteous and the room was spotless. The spa, gym, pool and steam room were superb too. We had dinner there and the waiters and waiting staff were very attentive and it was first class service. "Very good value, at a very reasonable price we had a nice room in the centre of the village. Everything was clean and the room was a reasonable size with a small kitchen area. No contact with staff on site but all checkin info was sent via text and worked perfectly."
