Dock usage is subject to HOA rules that includes a dockage fee for overnight dockage.

Rockledge’s prime location offers unique access to the Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC) via a private road, winding through a zip-line course to NOC’s campus. Reminder Note: The water level of Fontana Lake is seasonal, with boating access generally available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, though conditions can extend the season depending on rainfall.
