"Hip boutique hotel in a fantastic location. There’s no shortage of bars, cafés, and eateries along Brunswick Street. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveller, and the bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is that there’s no gym in the building. I really enjoyed my stay and would be more than happy to return."

"The staff were immensley helpful prior to my arrival and when I arrived a on a wet miserable evening. My room was upgraded and my dinner reservation brought forward.
My second time at the hotel and hopefully there will be more.

"My daughter and I enjoyed a memorable stay here at the Hyatt. All staff, from Bellhop to Reception, were professional and courteous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The room (Riverview) was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The view out across the River Yarra, Arts center, and MCG was amazing, especially so at night.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay; thank you Hyatt. We will return."

"To be honest, we had a few issues during our stay. The first room we were allocated had air-conditioning that made loud noise and TV didn’t work. We were moved to another room for our second night only after I asked in the morning and followed up again in the afternoon, which was OK. "This was an amazing stay, tbh... from the greeting at Valet Parking, through reception, and at the Bar - everyone made us feel like true guests and that they enjoyed working at 1 Hotel.
The room was sensational, and the bathroom incredible.
