"My family of four and another family of 5 just completed a weekend getaway using this rental. We loved the location right on the river and enjoyed Congolese, sitting on the deck, and just taking in the river views. Our teenage kids loved their own space in the basement. We took a day and enjoyed exploring South Bend, an easy 30 minute drive away. Mancino’s Pizza about 5 minutes from the house is delicious and highly recommended! "Wonderful cabin with modern comforts. Views of the lake were stunning. Hiking trails provided a much needed escape into the woods.Debbie was amazing! Clear communication, very friendly and accomodating.Our Daily Bread is now on our list of places to return to in the future!"

"Our stay was wonderful! A great place for families with kids of all ages! They supply most all of your daily necessities, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, shampoos, any kitchen item you can think of… Various coffee makers, crockpots, etc., they have pack ‘n plays, extra sheets, towels & beach towels(located in the pool bathroom). A huge gym, with assorted balls provided, game room, and a large, beautiful pool area and hot tub. The amenities are endless, but most of all, this is a space...

"We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cottage very much. Sunsets were beautiful (see photo) and accommodations were great. Only issue we had was the coffee maker was not advertised as a Keurig. Minor setback was quickly resolved with a visit to the local Walmart . "

"We were able to enjoy a few days in a serene environment. The cabin was cozy and comfortable and our hosts were friendly and responsive. The hosts were actually one of the highlights of the stay! "

"We were in South Bend for a soccer game at Notre Dame Stadium (Celtic 4, Chelsea 1, C'mon the Hoops!). The location is perfect for any event on campus. A short walk/Uber to the campus and food/entertainment. The house is clean, the beds are comfy, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. "

"Adult children and grandparents all came for graduation and this house was a perfect location: a block away from Trader Joe’s and an easy walk to campus.The house was clean, everything was in excellent working order, and the instructions to check in and check out were perfectly clear. Thank you!"

"This home has it all. We never left the property for the 4 days we were there. Very clean, plenty of towels, linens, both upstairs and downstairs kitchens had everything you would need for cooking. The rental had plenty of spices and condiments for items that we forgot to bring. Access across all three levels of the home was easy, especially to access the lower level (you could drive to the lower level to unload or load). Plenty of parking. We can't say enough about the games and...

"Absolutely nothing to complain about here. Great home suitable for four guest in a wonderful location. Kitchen was well provisioned and the rainfall shower was a treat. Romi was responsive to any inquiries we had. Close to many fun attractions for kids (we went to Strikes and Spares and Smiley's). Highly recommend!"
