Free parking for one car just a 5 minute walk away, makes exploring easy. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere with shops, restaurants, and entertainment at your doorstep.
Notice: Scaffolding has been installed around the building as part of essential maintenance and improvement works to the property’s exterior. These upgrades will help keep the building looking its best and in great condition. Thank you for your understanding while this work takes place.

Our Guest Promise
We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
Check-In
We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.
Damage Deposit
We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.
Smoking
To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
Noise
To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!) Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group. Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.
Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:
Wash up the used dishes. Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins. Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location. Switch off the lights. Close all windows. Turn down the heating. These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.
Age Policy
The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. If unsure, please contact us before booking please.
A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care
If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!

Excellent place
An amazing place! Everything we needed was there and the location was perfect for the weekend! Parking space was a 8 min walk from the property but it was okay! Would definitely consider this place again!

Pluses and minuses
On the plus side, the property was clean, the communication excellent, and the free parking a bonus. The location is great during the day, close to shops, the pier and restaurants but a big negative is at night the noise was unbearable. Drunken revelers in the streets every single night and none of us could get a good night's sleep. Also, the mattresses were too soft, the pillows flimsy, and only one towel per person.

Brighton
Nice flat but the cleaning wasn’t great. Bin in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied from before the kitchen floor was very sticky and one of the leather chairs hadn’t been cleaned and had a spillage on it. Also the towels although clean were stained.The WiFi was also really disappointing- the tv wouldn’t work and neither could we stream on the laptop.Lastly it was very very noisy at night with noise from the street. Can’t be helped with the location although better windows might make a difference. But it should be clear on the description.We had a lovely time overall as the weather was great and a fab location to walk everywhere so spent little time there. Check in was also easy

The location is very good for being close to the beach amongst the lanes and amongst the vibrant area and is very spacious it could house two full families of four at least probably three at a push Downsides is the flat itself wasn’t clean under the bed we moved to join together was a lot of dirt and crisps and there was even a snail on the window frame in one of the bedrooms The pots and pans were clean but full of dust and had to be cleaned before use there is damp in the wall in the front room and the window frames were all cracked as they were wooden It’s not suitable for elderly as two steep flights of stairs up to property and the entire payment process to finance the deposit for damages was unbelievable with the most unhelpful of staff at my getaways basically holding me to ransom and having to pay 500 upfront as their payment system was not working properly In fact two days later I don’t have any idea on when I will get my deposit back although Tracy at my getaways has been helpful Mosa was not the most Have videos/pictures of the flat for reference in case they try and hold my deposit

Amazing location. Perfect for a girls weekend away.
Perfect property for our girls weekend in Brighton. Central location in the Lanes, surrounded by nice shops/bars/restaurants and a few minutes stroll from the beach. Comfortable beds. The big open plan kitchen/lounge is a great social space. Clean bathrooms - we’d have loved a 2nd toilet but managed fine with just 1. Really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend.
