"My two sons and I stayed for a night. Perfect location. Close by all the shops. Check in process was nice and easy. Staff were very professional and friendly. "Nice hotel - I liked my room. The front desk staff were great and the keeping staff were great also, collectively they work tougher to make your stay a pleasant one. They have breakfast, I didn’t try it thought BUT every morning the breakfast area was lively and everyone seemed to be enjoying their breakfasts. "This is my hotel whenever I travel to Edgewater/NY. I love the convenience of not being in New York, but 1 20 minute Bus ride to New York. The bus stop is located right across the street from the hotel. The staff is always polite and I appreciate walking into a building that smells wonderful. My room is always clean and tidy. I will always stay at the comfort Inn when I am in the area!"

"The only thing that I was disappointed was the manner Lisa at the front desk was very rude, when we arrived and walked in the front desk was unattended no one there and the house keeping manager Maria talk to house keeping staff like she's their Mother that lady shouldn't have that position at all. "I stayed at this location for 6 days with my family due to family member loss. I was extending my stay on the go since I didn't know for how long I was to be there. Every time there were to send me a code to get access to the building/room, but the code was giving issues every time. One night it was about -3 below and I was outside for about 30 minutes with my spouse and my two little kids. That was just really bad specially after coming home from a funeral at nighttime.
