"We encountered several cockroaches in the room, including one that crawled over my head during the night. The blankets were quite thin. And in the shower it took a very long time for the water to get hot.
On the plus side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived the front desk helped us to sort out our parking situation in a very hands-on and helpful way."

Nice Matin is a great spot for drinks. Excellent escargot and fries. Stayed here when I first came to New York 20 years ago. So happy we came back."

Had everything we needed in a room for 3 people but it was fairly noisy with people arriving and leaving at all times and there was no lifts so people were loud getting luggage down the stairs. The neighbourhood was fairly safe but had a fair amount of homeless people as most city’s would."
