"Surrounding area was very noisy from our room. Air conditioner was average as it did not appear to heat the room. TV in the morning would not connect. On the plus side all staff were wonderful. Location was great. Rooms clean and tidy."

"It was accurately advertised as a very snug room, suitable just as a place to sleep for the night. Very clean and comfortable room. The music themed decorations were interesting. "Great location to be able to walk to Crown or the city. Lovely modern rooms and well equipped. Couple of downsides though; when you pay for a city view room and you get a lower level and can only see into the buildings opposite you. There is no “city” view on the lower levels.
