"We only stayed for one night as we were on route to Cornwall, the staff were very friendly, lovely and welcoming. We had the Sunday roast and the Gammon was amazing we had to speak to the chef to let him know! The hotel is situated in beautiful calming surroundings and wish we had more time here! The room was spotless and looked like the bathroom had been refurbished and had everything we needed. Breakfast also was plentiful and more than enough choices and good quality. Would definitely stay...

"Sarah & Marc met us as we arrived with a drink & a chat to welcome us. The room with en-suite was beautifully decorated, clean & quiet. The breakfast menu was very varied with fruit, cereals, juice etc to start, and a varied menu with plenty of choice for the main course, beautifully cooked. Would highly recommend. "The van was very clean and bedding was fresh. Towels were provided which was nice. The TV had apps like Netflix and prime on which was good. There were plenty of cooking utensils and trays/pans. The heating was easy to use and warmed up very quickly.The Indoor pool is warm and clean. The staff in Amelia's cafe were friendly. We would go again "

"Staff are very helpful and friendly, lots to do for children. Next to the beach and a cliff walk down to Amusements, rides arcade and Restaurant. Parking is in front of Hotel. Room has everything you need. Tea coffee biscuits etc Netflix and sky sports. We enjoyed our week very much"

"Steve and Claire are amazing, it was a pleasure staying at The Clifton for 2 nights, perfect location to the pier, seafront, pubs and bars. Rooms very clean and tidy, everything you need. Breakfast was brilliant, very accommodating with food choice changes. Cost was more than reasonable and the far better than expected for the price. Comfy beds, quiet area and we slept brilliantly. Ours hosts were so friendly and provided a welcoming atmosphere, we have family in Paignton and will 100 percent...
