This charming two-story, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is ideally located near the main entrance of Sunriver, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer—from the Village and SHARC to the Deschutes River, Mt. Bachelor, and Bend just a short drive away.

Inside, you’ll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere with tasteful country décor and comfortable furnishings that make you feel right at home in any season. Stay cool in the summer with air conditioning, or cozy up by the gas fireplace during chilly winter nights.

Winter wonderland stay!

Walking distance to village

Clean and spacious house. Hot tub was nice. Kitchen is stocked with all needed dishes, bakeware, serveware, etc. Walking distance to Starbucks, ice skating, grocery store, art studio, ice cream shop, Mexican restaurant, book store, breweries and other village stores. Sunriver Lodge and spa is a longer walk or few minutes drive. Great house, great location!

Super Fun, Dog Friendly Property

We always enjoy our stay at Sandcroft Beach house. This is our third or fourth time renting it for a long weekend. The house is clean and we love that it’s dog friendly. The fireplace is amazing and we’ve had some great weather in October. A few things could use upgrades - dining room chairs aren’t super comfortable but those are minor and don’t really detract from the great stay.

My daughters 21st birthday

We had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable and homey. It would be nice if there were directions for the t.v. it had so many remotes and it was confusing. The will be coming back for sure!!

Great stay!

Great quick trip to Sunriver with the family. Nice location and very close to the village. The house was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The couch and chairs in the main room were not very comfortable, and a lot of decor that could have been removed, but otherwise we really liked it and would stay again.
