"The place was exactly as advertised. The bed was very comfortable, I really liked the ceiling fan and the AC, and it was great to have streaming channels available on tv. We had a little trouble finding the place initially, there isn’t much signage on the front of the building. It’s just a small dark colored awning over a wooden door with the initials CSB. My GPS kept saying we were there, but it took a moment to find the right spot. Other than that, everything was easy and Katarina was very...

"Facilities and services are not good as it is not corresponding to its luxury price. Water power in bath room is small. One of the room keys are not working. The staff for cleaning the room searched and touched my open luggage as my things are not in the order that I packed my luggage."

"We spent a few nights in Lisbon at the Dalma Suites and we were so impressed with them! The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The room was stunning, very clean, very pretty and the location was ideal - with a gorgeous view from our window/balcony too! They also have a small kitchenette which is perfect for cooking your own little meals too."

"First time ever booking an aparthotel and I can say that this stay was a great experience. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night but there were no issues. Our check-out was 12pm but our flight was at 7pm. Because they had a luggage storage locker we were able to leave it for the whole day and came back to our belongings with no issues. Definitely a nice spot to book! They also had a life sized rhino in their lobby area."

"We had a wonderful stay. The location was very convenient, close to the station and a great base for exploring the many sights around Lisbon.
The room was beautifully maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The support from the management team was also excellent. They responded to our questions very quickly, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.
We would highly recommend staying here!"

"Great location, really stylish rooms, and a very nice atmosphere. One thing we especially loved was the unlimited wine — nobody mentioned it to us beforehand, so it was a great surprise. We’ve never seen anything like that at a hotel before. Definitely a memorable stay."
