"Im very much happy with our stayed at VIP Picoas hotel. From the restaurant, housekeeping and most importantly the front desk staff specifically to Luciano! He’s very helpful, honest and knowledgeable person. If there is a 10 star I would give it to VIP Picoas . Highly recommend and will be staying here again soon."

I had to cancel my booking the same day I booked because of a bereavement but no one even got back to me to or got any acknowledgement to my messages or the agent who emailed them on my behalf ether. Thanks for taking my money and not even have the decency to respond to me"
"Third and final stay. Good location and generally clean. Cuts have been made though e.g. sheets were only changed twice, 1 bottle of water, 2 coffee pods, one toilet roll, etc during 10 nights stay. Other guests were clearly smoking in their rooms because the hallway smelt. River opposite the hotel smelt every day and was truly disgusting. Nothing special for a VIP Executive Hotel."
