"Second time we have stayed there but not as impressed. The room was a excellent size but there was a small amount of mould in bathroom. The service of housekeeping was disappointing- we stayed 6 nights and asked to change our towels one time half way through our stay, by leaving the towels on the floor and they took but did not replace. "The location was excellent being walking distance to main downtown areas. However, the room was not as clean as we had hoped for. We found a beanie under the couch, there were moth balls on the ceilings, and our heater wasn’t working the first night. Overall, customer service was good but we were just a bit disappointed in the overall cleanliness."

"We booked this for 2 couples and had plenty of room. We each ensuites which was fantastic! Kitchen was great but a small note there weren't any oven dishes so we could keep food warm. We managed though with oven safe crockery. Only a short walk to town or $10 uber. Would definitely book again."

"The unit was as described. It was clean albeit a bit dated. It had all basic supplies eg tea bags, milk, dishwasher tablets etc. The view was better than expected- you can’t see the lake but you can see the tops of some mountains. Nowhere in the description does it highlight exactly how not private the unit is. It’s right next to the main walkway between the two buildings and everyone who goes from one building to the other walks past large windows that looks straight into the lounge...
