not well clear on the site that only 16+ can go into the SPA. the only reason I booked it was for the SPA experience for the kids. When asked at the reception, they just said no and there was no Sorry or empathy or any other things they could offer as if they didn't care at all even after I told them how disappointing that is.
first time there and will be my last time!
