"The hotel is outdated. No phone, safe in the room. If you need front desk, there’s no phone to call. You have to go down yourself. There is no safe to put your important documents. Throughout the whole trip, I have to walk around with passports in my bag. It’s a cashless hotel and failed to put that on their website. The only reason I’m giving one star, 1) there’s no other option and 2)the staff was very nice. "

I had a very early checkout, so it was fully understandable that my concerns had to be passed on to a manager. However, over a week later I had not be contacted by Travelodge to discuss the issue. "The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...
