"The property is hard to find at night even though GOS took us to the right area. Lighting and signage is minimal. Desk is only staffed part-time. Instructions and ease of getting into locked inn and into rooms is tricky and can be frustrating. Night staff person was extremely friendly and tried to be helpful. Location was ideal for our needs."

"3 travel buddies staying 2 nights before flying out of Heathrow. We required 3 beds in one room which the hotel accommodated. It was a bit tight, but we were only there to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless, and our request for extra towels & a pillow was answered within a reasonable time frame. My only complaint is that the towels are thin and small! No face cloths. I would suggest the hotel invest in large fluffy bath sheets as well as face cloths - that would really...

"Overall for the price this is a good property, the staff are helpful, you get access to the golds gym below (it's not the best gym but the hotel doesn't have any control over this), the property was quiet, the room was nice with a comfy bed and clean enough, like any hotel if you look too close its a bit grubby with slightly loose plugs, plastic peeling from handles etc, but for £75 and close to the tube I was really happy with my stay. "Property location was excellent however parking is expensive and not always available. The property was not the cleanest and in desperate need of refurbishment. The sofa was stained and curtain rail fell of three times. Kitchen hasnt got basic utensils. Couldn’t get into the apartment on multiple occasions but customer service were always helpful. "

"It was a very nice place clean and fresh. The only problem was that the sofa bed was just useless very uncomfortable. I did send a message but we only stay there two nights so they didn’t get time to bring anything better but overall very nice."

"Ok not great not terrible. Very minimal you get a bed and room and access to bathroom and that’s about it. The rooms comfy and clean but both times I been here the other guests have been so loud. One seemed to be having an all night mini party and another left at 5am and seemed to slam doors for 30 mins and shouted outside. Not the owners fault but there’s no soundproofing the walks are thin so be prepared if you stay there as it’s be of those airport spots where people come and go all night. "
