"I liked everything about this property and its proximity to the airport was wonderful. Only one complaint I have - I missed the breakfast cutoff time, and though I had already paid for it, it wasn’t included in the stay, I paid extra for it, they refused to give me a refund or a voucher to buy breakfast from their food court. That was disappointing."

"Reception was unfortunately disorganised with many arrivals happening at once. Rooms were not ready and I would think this is a daily occurrence. We ate dinner in the connecting Hotel…. Food and service was cery good. The room was generally fine; bed clean and comfortable. Shuttle was a real bonus …. £7 per person which was not advertised anywhere."

"Don’t use this hotel if you want a quick trip to the terminals in the mornings. They don’t have direct transfers and the bus stops at 6 other hotels and take 30mins. We were not told this when we called to ask we were just told yes we have transfer bus!!!!"

"Handy overnighter at Heathrow if flights don’t connect. We booked an executive room - the breakfast was the worst I have ever encountered. Very basic bread, thinly sliced ham and cheese - all very low quality. Evening offerings were a lot better, wine barely drinkable though. All staff were lovely, friendly and helpful."

"The service of the staff was excellent. The food in the restaurant & morning buffet was tasty, varied, appealing in appearance & taste. However, the Hilton Garden Inn we wanted to stay in was the one at Terminal 2 at physically at yhe airport. This hotel was 15 min. away from the airport & required a paid shuttle for the 5 of us, to get to/from the airport. We felt having both hotels with almost the same name was confusing & misleading for tourists. Though where we stayed was comfortable &...

"Good choice for a stay near Heathrow airport. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, as temperatures were high, and the sound-proofing, which allowed us to get a good nights rest before flying out. The room was smallish and the bathroom very small, but still perfectly adequate. Food in the restaurant was good, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. You should be aware that on-site parking is available, but the lot is owned/managed by a third party and you do have to pay."

"The continental breakfast is not worth the money. I went for breakfast at 8.30am to find they had run out of weetbix and muesli . The container containing granola was broken. The staff seemed disinterested in replenishing supplies. The bread was obviously the cheapest they could buy and did not seem fresh. There was one tiny pat of butter left. There was no fruit available. My recommendation is that it would be better value to buy breakfast elsewhere in terminal 4."

"My family and I chose this property because it was supposed to have AC. Once we got there and took our luggage to our three rooms, we realized their AC was broken. The best they could offer was small fans. We spent a sleepless and miserably hot and humid night there."

"The bedroom was ideally situated on the ground floor and a pleasant room, However there was disturbance throughout the night from the front door buzzer and noise from the reception,which unfortunately didn't aide a restful night's sleep"
