"Great location located a short walk from Hounslow Central tube station. Room was small but cozy, suitable for single traveller. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Facilities are kept very clean. No elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up the stairs."

"The frontdesk lady was fantastic, extremely helpful. The surrounding area is worth taking a second look at if you're planning to stay there, but the train station is very close as it is Heathrow Airport."

"We arrived 45min before the 2pm check in, exhausted and tired. Staff charged us 10pounds per room for early check in!!! Then said they would charge 10pounds and we can hang out together in 1 room until 2pm. Then return to reception to get access to the other room. Then gave us immediate access to both rooms and charged us 10 pounds!!! Really!"

"Room and parking prices are reasonable, room was clean, shower very good, staff helpful. Full English breakfast very cheap (£8) but I'd rather pay a bit more for something more appetising. Eggs were cold, sausage didn't taste of anything and bacon looked like it had been boiled rather than fried."

"Sadly would not come back. My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away. I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there. Still waiting an explanation "

"The location was great! We were able to get from the airport to our hotel using public transportation which was a big thing for us. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff incredibly welcoming and helpful. Made the experience 10/10. Breakfast was good. I’m not much of a picky eater, but it tasted a bit different than what I’m familiar with. Still good. Would definitely come again given the chance."
