"I work in another hotel so my expectations for the place weren’t high especially after a typhoon. So I’m not suprised that certain things in the hotel is out of order. What I did expect is a certain amount clear communication between guest and staff. Keep in mind I called a day ahead of time before making the booking asking about the laundry/gym/pool and was told that it was ALL working. (Which in fact wasn’t. Laundry-All the dryers were out of order. Pool-Out of order. Gym-Not all equipment was...

"洗剤が落としきれてないせいか、部屋のフローリングが滑るので危なかった。 また、台風後の宿泊だったため仕方ないと思うが、 風呂場や洗面台から出る水が汚かったので、 水が詰まる等発生して快適ではなかった。 朝食は種類が多く美味しかったので満足だった。ラウンジのクオリティは普通。"

"The room was on 5th floor and very comfortable, clean, and had everything i needed. It's not a resort type hotel and the price reflects that. It's clean, safe, easy to park at, and so close to the crazy touristy areas but not inside of it...which i loved. No babies and kids running around like you're gonna have at Dusit or Hyatt. The staff were busy and efficient and friendly. Towels were great and no complaints as i wasn't expecting too much. Reviews on this place, i found, were accurate....

"There is an extra $40 fee per child over the age of 11 that was not included in the price of the hotel per night. Staff could not explain what this fee was for. "

"The room price was fair. As soon as I entered my room, it had a sewage smell in the entrance and the smell got stronger throughout the night. I would probably not stay here again. But you can’t beat the price. I was only there for a couple of hours to rest and clean up before a flight."

"The room was clean and quiet, the flooring beautiful, the view gorgeous, the beds comfy and luxurious. The AC and TV worked just fine and the staff were friendly. It's also an easy walk to the beach and coffee shop. I would've given the hotel 5 stars, except their boiler was out and there was no hot water. I was informed of this when I checked in, but it was late and I didn't have a backup hotel plan. Fortunately, the water was lukewarm, not cold. "

"beautiful view but horrible rooms. all amenities are closed, gym is full of mold, also the room itself is full of mold. you can feel the springs in the bed, the air conditioning is hardly on. front desk told me to book through expedia because if you book through the hotel itself it's way more expensive even with a military discount. left there yesterday and got sick that night. thankfully the staff did give me a refund"

"設備的には必要最低限で立地的には便利だと思います。 少し古さは感じますがウォーターサーバーが各部屋にありエレベーター近くに電子レンジと製氷器があります ランドリーもロビーフロアにあり洗剤があれば無料で使用できます インフィニティプールは眺望もよく静かに過ごせますがビーチに行くにはちょっと不便かと思います"

"Post storm staff failed to inform a.c wasn't working well, room was warm and smelled of mold. Room is dated and needs an upgrade as well as the bathroom. Additionally the towels and bath robes aren't soft at all. The Fitness center has old equipment and most weren't working well. The weights were dirty and there were no available paper towels or disinfectant to clean equipment before and after use. Staff were nice unfortunately it doesn't compensate for the property needing improvements. "

"Th a/c runs properly during the typhoon. I give this review 3.5 out of 5 stars as it was missing indoor slippers, hardly hot water running, lamps not working properly and the ceiling have several dusts clinging on some areas."
