"Close to all places we chose to shop and conduct business. For very basic long stay we chose this place due to kitchen. "コンドミニアム棟に泊まりましたが、正直、かなり建物は傷んでいます（廃墟といってもおかしくないくらい）。宿泊客もまばらでした。 しかし、室内はリフォームされていて、ものすごく快適。水の出方も、室内の清潔感も何一つ問題なく、過ごせました。 建物の古さや修繕ができないのは、レオパレスというよりも、観光客が遠のいているグアムそのものの問題なのでは。市街地のタモン湾から遠いという圧倒的なハンデはありますが、それだけではないような気がします。 以前、一度泊まったときの活気を取り戻してもらいたいです。"
