"The hotel is an excellent condition and the room is in very good shape also. We appreciated the bathtub, and amenity less and less common in hotels these days. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly."

"The property had everything you need. Great customer service, close options for paid parking and the staff recommended places free parking on weekends. Close to public transportation that is free in all of Luxembourg. The only improvement recommendation is to improve breakfast options but would still give their breakfast 7-8/10"

"The hotel was spacious and great for the price. There is not much around the hotel, although there are a few good restaurant options. Also, the tram, which is free, is just outside the hotel and takes you into the old part of the town. "

"- dame a l’accueil en date du 14/06/2025 en soirée, très sympathique et qui même a 21h55 est restée disponible pour chauffer un biberon. Merci - bel hôtel, salle de bain très grande. Tout était propre. - seul petit bémol, par 30 degrés, pas d airco… dommage "

"Alles war gut nur wenn man für zwei Tagen als zwei Personen bleibt erwarte ich min.4 Kaffee Kapsel und nicht nur 2 und Rest kann man bei Reception kaufen. "

"The apartment is close to downtown, grocery stores and local businesses. It was clean and spacious , but didn’t have air conditioning’ it was raining the whole time and was cooler while we were there but later in the month and it would be uncomfortable. . I did however think they didn’t have many kitchen items that would make your stay more comfortable. The utensils were sparse. No mixing bowls, no toaster, no pot holders or any measuring cups or spoons. Just a few tweaks and this place works...

"The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. They helped on a number of different occasions with many questions we had. The hotel was writhing 25-20 minute walks from many attractions and around the block from the bus to the airport. The only downside was that our room was a bit damp so towels didn’t dry enough for us to take more advantage of the green opportunities to not change towels each day, overall it is a place we would stay again."

"I'll start by saying that I'm not a comfortable complainer. I also don't like to leave generally negative reviews, but I can only speak as I find.
