Clean and comfortable rooms if its not hot out. In summer as we found, its way to hot and very uncomfortable. There is no A/C , unsat for a hotel of this quality. This drastically affected our sleep and we had to have our door open while in the room during the day to allow air in. Amazing balcony but with mid 30s degrees out having the door open only made the room worse during the day. It was absolutely necessary to have the balcony doors open at night for airflow but, that ment listening to busy nightlife and traffic all night. The fan in room provides little relief.
