"The bed was very comfortable: firm but conformable. The room was spacious. There was a lot of renovation going on around the property, but everything was easy to get around. We got in early and we were able to park our car underneath and go out and walk around until we were notified of our room being ready; which I received notice 30 minutes earlier than the advertised check-in time of 4:00pm. The location can't be better: very walkable to the main, central area of town, and easy walking...

"First of all, how is this not the highest rated hotel in Banff? At the price point, this place is incredible. I understand if you like a dusty old chalet style lodge, but that’s not for everyone.
