We would like to give a special thank you to Eddie, he went above and beyond for us, even when he should have been finishing for the evening he stayed later to bring our bags to our unexpected upgraded room himself. Room was large and clean, ESPA products in bathroom smelled lovely. Wifi was good. Evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. The only negative point was that there was no aircon as it was not...

"this hotel has the absolute worst housekeeping. You would come back to your room as if nothing had been touched besides the bed. Dirty glasses would remain in room for a week without anyone ever taking it upon themselves to replace them with clean ones."
