"We were very pleased upon arrival, the home was beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. The check in was easy. Loved how spacious the layout of the home is and the downstairs was perfect for my in-laws. The couches were very comfortable & the backyard was very nice, private, and peaceful. We enjoyed being out there most of the time. Nice comfortable patio furniture and fire place. It was a bonus being able to bring our two dogs who absolutely loved their vacation playing in the fenced in area....

"Small cabin, refrigerator went out before we realized and we lost food. Heater was red tagged, fortunately we did not need it on. Window air conditioner leaked terribly, stuffed a towel around the bottom to stop the gale force wind from coming in. The beach was at the bottom of a bluff we no access except to climb the fence next door!"

"Great home for our Easter Weekend. It was exactly as pictured and described. Very nice home with all the amenities. Large rooms, King beds, beautiful kitchen and baths. Great for our group of 6 adults, but there was room for more.Short walk to the bike trail and hiking trails(Indian Lands Conservation Area). Ring Brothers Market is a must see. Looking forward to renting again."

"The house covered all the 3 C's. Clean, comfortable and close to beautiful beaches, restaurants and bike trails. - Great outdoor patio- Located on a nice quiet street- Communication with owner great. We are looking forward to future visits."

"Very clean and great location! We were a bit disappointed in the backyard; fire pit is nice but some of fencing is not real secure for smaller dogs. Only one out of three beds, not including bunk beds, was comfortable. Overall, a good rental for 4 adults and 2 children. "

"This was our 2nd visit to the Cape and wanted to experience the fall there. I must say it was very pleasant, the weather could not have been any better, absolutely gorgeous. Shane’s home was so very comfortable had everything needed for our time there. It’s in a very nice neighborhood and close to everything Yarmouth has to offer. I highly recommend his home , you will not be disappointed. If we were to come back, we would definitely stay there again. "

"This house was the perfect home base for a few days on the Cape. We like to do lots of day trips and this house was centrally located to all parts of Cape Cod. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and my teens loved taking out the kayaks and paddle boards. Frequent communication with the host was great! Only downside for us was that the outdoor shower was not running. We understand it is the off season but that would have been nice to know ahead of time. It did not deter from our experience...
