Ocean breezes and Ocean views and walk to cape cod canal, bike path, marina, Treehouse Brewery, restaurants, town neck beach and Boardwalk. 2 story colonial with gas fireplace and private backyard. Two smart televisions including wifi. Terrific local restaurants and bars and a quaint historic town. **** Please note : The hot tub is empty and unavailable for use. There is no air conditioning but lots of fans in every room.

House was clean and well stocked. Location was great in a nice neighborhood. Host was possibly the best I rented from. We would rent again without hesitation.

Great location! Nice rooms. Stuff that was off- smoke alarm went off for no reason. Also it was hot first day and no AC was hard. But we should have checked for that. Otherwise great location and beautiful neighborhood. Close to beach and Food was great

The house is beautiful and very convenient because it is so close to Town Neck beach and the canal.

This house was very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. The front screen door needs fixed and a few other small maintenance items. The only reason I noticed them is because I retired from property management I loved how close it was to several restaurants, the beach and the brewery. All within walking distance. I would definitely rent here again.

Fantastic location; quiet neighborhood with easy walk to beach and brewery. Short drive to great kayaking spot and shops. Enough space for the whole family, would stay here again for sure.

This was a nice house with good space inside and the grounds were very pretty and spacious with decks in two locations. This was good proximity to the beach and Tree House and a quiet, friendly and pretty neighborhood.

Family Cape Trip

We had a family wedding down the Cape and this property was the perfect spot for us to stay! Clean, close to the beach, easy check in process and Linda was so responsive. Would stay again for future cape trips.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood near the canal

We had a great stay at this property recently. The property location is excellent. We found the property very clean, adequately furnished and with a well stocked kitchen. Thanks to the owner for hosting us…definitely recommend

The property was beautiful and clean. We spent most of our time going to area attractions, though. Our only recommendation is to install full length mirrors on the bedroom doors. We loved the house. The location was convenient our planned attractions.

Great location and a lovely vacation home. It was the perfect size for 5 of us and was equipped with everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the nice local beach, Treehouse Brewery, some nice restaurants, and the canal bike trail. It was also a quick drive to several hikes and kayaking excursions in the marshes. We had a great few days and hated to see it come to an end. We would definitely stay here again.
