"There is no lobby or any other amenity. One staff was very nice the other seemed to hate his job. The air conditioner was as not efficient and it was unseasonably warm out.
The bathroom was clean but the room floors were dirty. Any effort was make to upgrade the rooms but it was just ok. No screens on the windows."

"I didn't read the fine print before I arrived and was shocked that there was a $15/day fee for parking.
The room was dated, but overall it was clean and comfortable. I recommend against staying in a room on the North side of the complex. There is a train that passes pretty closely several times a night and blows it's horn.
Also the Heater/AC unit in my room was very noisy . "

"Overall the hotel was clean, safe, and provided a good stay. My only negative was that there was a weird person constantly in the lobby area throughout my entire stay, which put me off using the amenities in there when needed. They didn’t seem like a guest but maybe staff on break? Not sure, but they were there every time over multiple days and made it very uncomfortable"

The outer door was propped open with a used dirty paper plate. So much for security!

"This hotel is in a convenient location near the airport and its room rates are very reasonable. The complimentary breakfast, unfortunately is 90% wheat-based so there were only two choices for those on a gluten-free diet: apples and hard-boiled eggs. The shower fixture is supposed to offer an adjustable height but the unit in my room always fell to the lowest position making the process of taking a shower awkward at best. Also, the insulation between rooms is minimal so I heard every sound made...
