Dos (2) dormitorios, un condominio de estilo complejo baño con nuevos asientos en el patio para disfrutar de magnífica vista al mar. Las comodidades incluyen piscina, gimnasio, playa privada con parrillas de barbacoa cerca de las arenas. El carrito de golf cómodamente a cuatro adultos (ver foto).

Relájese en el apartamento limpio y cómodo con cocina equipada para entretener a sus invitados. O simplemente tomar su propio carrito de golf a la ciudad de Avalon para restaurantes, tiendas u otras actividades de diversión al aire libre como esquí acuático, kayak y paseos a caballo por nombrar algunos.

I booked this place for my parents, expecting a pleasant stay, but it was a complete disaster. The service was awful from start to finish. The fire alarm kept going off nonstop, and despite multiple complaints, no one bothered to fix it. My parents could hardly get any rest. To make matters worse, the area in front of their door was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. When we addressed these issues with the staff, they assured us they’d take care of it, but nothing was done. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I regret booking this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I would even think that we should have some sort of compensation for the service we recieved. It was my moms birthday and her surprise with my father was completely ruined.

Location and view is amazing! Absolutely loved the property and condo. Only downside is no closets or dresser to unpack, but we certainly made due. Having a golf cart to get around is a must and although golf cart needs some maintenance, it definitely got us around. Owner was helpful and very quick to respond throughout the whole process. I definitely would stay here again

The view was amazing as was the facility butI was disappointed in the unit. There were no closets or dressers (with drawers) in either bedroom. Having a Golf cart to get around was great but it was filthy and we had to clean it. We couldn’t see out the front window. For the money we paid that should have been done. There was also no soap in the shower, nothing.

Great place to stay! A little hot and I didn’t like that I paid $80 to check in early. I thought that was just kind of slimy since the room was ready. I also asked in advance if the room would possibly be ready early since we landed at 9:30am and a possible $80 charge wasn’t mentioned. A hotel wouldn't have done that.

We stayed here for two nights for a fun getaway with friends. The place was very nice and had a beautiful view! The golf cart was a nice addition and made it easy to get around. Tip for future travelers - drop your luggage at the top of the hill by building 2, less stairs to take your luggage to the condo.

Disappointed with Patio as barbeque grill had no propane. Bird droppings all over furniture. Hot water valve in shower does not turn off. dirty windows. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

We loved the little beach for swimming and catching crabs. The pool was fabulous to have when not wanting to deal with the rocks on the beach. Volleyball net was a plus! Kitchen was great and the beds were comfy. The golf cart was wonderful to have, although it felt a little sketchy. We had an excellent stay & would do it again! Notes: No cell service for AT&T. Couch end was broken; however, we did not do a lot of sitting while we were there.

This was our first trip to Catalina and this villa was outstanding!!! Great views, spacious, and great location. Villa is in the middle of the building so prepare yourself for the many flights of stairs… but totally worth it.

Great place! Very clean and amazing views. Took my wife and 2 daughters for my wife’s 50th birthday and we all had a great time. It was nice having a golf cart to cruise the island. Well equipped unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute condo on the hills of Avalon. There is no AC, but the fans and fresh air were awesome. Property Manager was really helpful and amazing.

Condo Location was great. Stairs was a bit for for 3 luggage’s Golf cart fumes- update but was a blessing to have. Bathroom shower outdated, slippery and leaked.

My family and I loved our trip to Catalina. Our beautiful view from the villa at Hamilton Cove was breathtaking. The convenience of having a golf cart was priceless. We made the most of our 2 day trip renting kayaks and parasailing. We also enjoyed Descanso Beach Club.

We have stayed twice prior in Hamilton Cove and still love the location. This property however needs work and better explanation. 1. it's really not 2 bedrooms. they took 1 BR & split it in two- no dresser, no nightstand, no closets, no place to hang clothes at all- they do have some hooks but no hangers- this was our biggest upset; the bedrooms share open windows so no privacy. if you close the windows between the second room suffocates as there are no outdoor windows; 2. the golf cart is dangerous- it gives off noxious fumes for the passengers in back- do not close the cart- you will pass out. this is a huge, dangerous hazard and should not be used; steering is quite sketchy also- not stable; 3. no front door handle- it's missing; 4. Shower handle broken off also & constantly dripping water; 5. there are 6 chairs on balcony- 2 have broken bottoms so they need to be thrown out as they are unusable; 5. window is broken. 6. couldn't see out the windows as they are so filthy. Overall after staying in about 25 VRBOs over the years, this one probably one of the most disappointing. We will be back to Catalina, but will never stay in this unit. Our advice is invest some money into this unit- be upfront and let people know this is really not 2 bedrooms, but 2 dens with beds.

We had a great stay, the unit was extremely clean as others have said. This was our first time staying at Hamilton Cove and we really enjoyed the location, being a little ways away from the town was nice for us our kids really enjoyed the golf cart rides to town. The stairs were fine for us we knew there would be many and it was not a problem at all. Choosing to vacation in late July it did get warm but we made use of the fans and opened the large sliding doors to cool off the rooms. This was a really great stay for us, easy check in/check out, the unit had everything we needed and was probably the cleanest Vrbo/rental we’ve experienced. Would recommend 10/10!
