"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"I loved this hotel. Firstly, it is very unique, similar to your usual hotels, but here, they make it feel like home. Staff is very welcoming, Jessica and Christian were always able to answer any questions and they made my stay in NY very easy. They figure out if you need anything before you ask them for anything.
