"Changed to handicapped room for way more space and comfort for our 6 night stay. Staff helpful in arranging this. Lots of nearby places to buy good quality food for diy breakfast in room w well appointed kitchen. Fresh fruit and yogurt downstairs was helpful too. Only drawback is the vacant lot next door where unhoused people sleep and leave litter behind in the morning. Otherwise cool neighborhood in Brooklyn close to Park Slope"

"I stayed with my two friends at this hotel and we were very pleased with our stay. We stayed for 4 nights, 5 days in a two-bedroom for a very reasonable price, including a good breakfast for a 3-star hotel (they served fruit, toast, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage and had a waffle machine). It was very clean. If ever the parking lot is full, which is probably often the case, don’t worry, we parked our car under the bridge close to the hotel for free and had no issue (no theft, vandalism or fine)....

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"The website photos and reviews are deceiving. The property appeared clean but is definitely no frills! The lobby is dark and the room was extremely small. The shower was so tiny that the entire bathroom was wet from use. While it served our purpose for one night, we would not choose this property again."

"Not the best area to stay in. They have bulletproof windows at the reception. I stayed two days, and they only offered breakfast on one day and late."

"Bed was incredibly creaky and loud, entire hallway smelled like tobacco even though it's a non-smoking hotel, broken shelf under the mirror. I could also hear everything from the hallway because the door wasn't fully sealed."

"Their property does not look like the pictures in fact it looks even worse so be prepared for that. The hotel is also around the corner from a bar that plays music quite loudly on Fridays and Saturday nights One of the residents during my stay had a few mental health issues and was constantly screaming and shouting at night which kept me up but that isn’t on the hotel however I’m not sure if the staff were aware or done anything about it as this happened for the duration of my stay.
