"Town Suites was very clean. Comfortable beds. Wonderful water pressure in shower which is not always the case at hotels. Friendly staff. Near the subway so traveling to Manhattan was convenient. We had delicious meals at nearby restaurants. Quiet hotel during our stay so very relaxing while we were there. "

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"This experience was awful. I checked in at midnight and was given a room that did not lock. The deadbolt was misaligned with the door frame. I asked for a different room, was told not a single room available. Staff called housekeeping to come check the lock and he arrived, took one look at the key card entry and walked away - leaving me standing around for 15 min until front desk staff found him outside smoking.
