"The hotel is decent, nothing extravagant but decent. The service is attentive, the breakfast is fine, nothing out of the ordinary for the price. The only bad thing is that it doesn't have private parking, so you have to look for a spot nearby. They should consider having microwaves in each room because the only one is in the cafeteria, and being on the 4th floor, you have to go down and up just to heat up an instant soup. "Everything was fine for an overnight stay. Room was comfortable, clean, and I got a good night's sleep. However, please be aware that there is no option for food in the hotel, but lots of options as soon as you walk out the door. No in-room safe, but they do have large lockers in the lobby for you to store luggage if you arrive before check in time. No mini fridge either. The bathrooms are fine. The condition of the property is rundown with attempts to cover it with some loud patterns on hallway walls and floors. But we were placed in an oddly cut up basement room, with no real closet (an Ikea closet), no real windows, an oversized ac unit in the window, and bathroom doors that didn’t lock and they were some odd French split doors. "Breakfast: So, when I purchased the itinerary it stated breakfast included. Went for Breakfast the 2nd day of my stay, the staff looked on a list they had with who “paid” for b/f, seated us. After we done eating they came over & told us to pay $70 because they’re not apart of the hotel & a lengthy story. This is very poor communication & embarrassing for my family & I. Do better!!!"

However, when I arrived, the front desk clerk was behind bulletproof glass, which immediately made me question how safe the area was. I was also charged $50 for an early check-in even though I arrived only an hour and a half before the standard check-in time after coming from the airport.
