"Had a excellent 2 night stay at Daresbury Park, just a short Uber into Warrington Centre for a music Festival. Did online check in as we wouldn't arrive until after 11.30pm. 24hr reception, staff were pleasant, polite and very efficient. Had two excellent breakfasts, however only one coffee machine meant a fair queue built up in busy times, maybe need to think about this unless that weekend was particularly busy? "Went to the Spa for my sisters birthday. The moment you walked in you felt calm as the decor was stunning. Staff so polite always smiling and helpful. Massage fantastic and professional. Massage room serene low lights soft music. Lovely pool. Garden absolutly amazing, tranquil lots of seating. We stayed at the hotel which was ultra clean and tidy. "The swimming pool is out of order at the moment. was not notified of this when booking only a couple of days before I arrived. I was allocated room 56. Make sure you don’t get this room unless there is a heatwave. It was so cold that I had to ask to be moved during the night. The radiator does not appear to work in the room. "Looking quite tired now in some of the rooms and have had to report maintenance requirements in different on my last 3 stays. Change of policy to not offer breakfast as part of a package without any change in price is sneaky and wasn't communicated at booking."

"It is a very nice hotel and in lovely grounds. The staff were helpful and friendly. It is a shame that there is no lift but staff helped with taking our cases upstairs. The food was good and so was the service. I will be visiting again and recommend it to others."
