House built in 2017 for 7 people, consists of two heights on a plot of one thousand square meters.
Ground floor of 100 square meters that has 2 bedrooms with a 1.50x2m bed and another one with 2 beds with wardrobes, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, soap and double towels. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and DVD, satellite, covered terrace with furniture.
The first floor has a room with a 150x2m bed, a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, soap, double towels and a room with a TV and a sofa bed, a terrace with sea views.
The pool with solarium and 6 hammocks, rustic garden area and barbecue.
The house has WIFI, heating and air conditioning in all areas.
Parking area for 3 cars

A few meters from the house there are two beaches / coves, one sandy and one rocky, you can also visit other beaches by car which are about 15/20 minutes away. Also near the house several excursions begin in the mountains and in the Levante park.

Wunderbare Woche

Wir hatten als Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen (21 - 61) und einem Kind ( knapp 3) einen tollen Urlaub, der für alle Altersstufen gepasst hat! Haus und Ausstattung top, Vermieter Kontakt unkompliziert, Umgebung ruhig, abwechslungsreich und interessant! Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Viel Potenzial auf der Zielgeraden leider verloren

Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Immobilie ist schön gelegen und mit einem prima Außenbereich versehen. Jedoch muss gerade bei einem Mietpreis in dieser Kategorie nahezu alles stimmen. Und dem ist leider nicht so. Das Haus wird mit einer Alarmanlage ausgeschrieben. Das ist falsch. Diese ist nachweislich eine Attrappe, welche immer wieder Fehlalarme von sich gibt. Wir sollten dann die Batterien entfernen laut Vermieter, und uns keine Sorgen machen, denn die Polizei würde eh nicht kommen. Im Haus riecht es nach Schimmel. Leider ist dieser auch im Bad vorhanden. Geht nicht! Bei jeder Toilettenspülung sowie jedem Duschvorgang kommt ein extremer Abwassergeruch im Außenbereich vor. Was allerdings absolut inakzeptabel ist, dass Teile der Fassade im Bereich der Terrasse rausgebrochen sind und auf unseren kleinen Sohn gefallen sind. Der Vermieter meldete sich zurück und entschuldigte sich. Sagte gleichzeitig, dass es ja nicht schlimm sei, denn es ist ja nur Außenputz. Davon kann man sich schließlich nicht verletzen. Auf Gesuch hin, wie wir dies mit einem Entgegenkommen, in Summe der Eigenschaften lösen könnten, war der Vermieter nur daran interessiert bis wann wir aus dem Haus abreisen, dass dies für den neuen Mieter aufgehübscht werden kann. Das ist zum einen keine Art zum anderen überhaupt nicht passend zu der Ausschreibung sowie exklusiven Preisgestaltung. Zu den aufgeführten Punkten gibt es als Nachweis intensiven Schriftverkehr sowie zahlreiche Bilder.

Außen hui, Innen pfui

Wir kamen aufgrund Flugverspätung sehr spät in dem Haus an, aber die Schlüssel wurden hinterlegt, das klappte einwandfrei. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos ab. Leider hält dass Haus jedoch nicht, was es von außen verspricht: es roch sehr muffig und feucht, als wir das Haus betraten. Wir dachten, dass sich dies legen würde, sobald wir einmal durchlüften, jedoch blieb dieser Geruch den gesamten Aufenthalt über, was wir als sehr unangenehm empfanden. Die Ausstattung im Haus war sehr ungemütlich und alt für ein recht junges Haus. Das weiße Kunstledersofa war fleckig und abgewetzt, es bröckelte wortwörtlich ab und wurde provisorisch mit Tüchern abgedeckt. Die alten Teller waren wirklich alle angeschlagen, in der Küche stand nur ein alter klappriger Plastiktisch. Die Zimmer waren spartanisch eingerichtet, die Matratzen durchgelegen. Der Pool war anfangs schmutzig, wurde dann aber nach meiner Bitte immerhin sofort gereinigt. Die Terrasse war ein Highlight. Alles in Allem würden wir dieses Haus so nie wieder buchen.

Schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt in Sackgassenlage im sehr ruhigen Ort Betlem. Fußläufig sind das Meer und tolle Buchten zu erreichen. Kein Massentourismus, keine lauten Hotels. Man hört nur die Grillen zirpen. Die Küche ist zum selber Kochen gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse groß und einfach schön zu Sitzen im Schatten. Der Außenbereich ist gepflegt, der Pool super und von uns häifig genutzt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die überdurchschnittliche Anzahl an Handtüchern und Wechselbettwäsche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns vorstellen wieder unseren Urlaub dort zu verbringen.

Top Haus

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles funktioniert, alles ist schön, alles ist da (bis auf Gewürze und Spülmaschinentabs). Der Pool bietet Abkühlung im Sommer, der Baum im Garten spendet ab Mittag super Schatten.

Lovely Family Holiday in Betlem

We had a really lovely stay. The villa is really well appointed and nice and spacious especially for a family of 4. It is situated in a very quiet spot between the mountains and the bay of Alcudia. The pool was an ideal size for our two children to play in every day. There is a restaurant in the village called Casablanca which we really enjoyed and visited on a couple of evenings. The nearest big town is Arta (about a 15 minute drive) with a great market on a Tuesday. A hire car is definitely needed if you want to visit beaches etc. Communication with Lluis (the owner) was great via WhatsApp after the initial booking and he provided all the information needed. The only criticism we would have is there need to be a few more cooking utensils (wooden spoons/fish slice etc) and some decent sized coffee cups wouldn't go amiss and perhaps som barbecue tongs. Other than that this was a great place to stay and ideal for our purposes!

Amazing house in a brilliant location

The pictures didn’t do the property justice. It was lovely inside and out, and in a nice quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. The private pool was perfect for cooling down in the evenings and all the inside and outside space was just right for what we needed. Highly recommend! Lluis was also a very responsive host on messages.

We had a wondeful week in Lluis house. The house is well equipped and comfortable as well as the patio and the garden. The neighborhood is very quite. Haus und Umgebung 5*, Rest leider sehr holprig

Schon im Vorfeld konnten wir mit Lluis die Anreise abstimmen und der Check-in hat hervorragend funktioniert. Das Haus ist schön, die Zimmer sauber, die Ausstattung in Ordnung. Leider kam es am Reisetag zu einer unangenehmen Überraschung: es befand sich eine große Baustelle vor dem Haus, die während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts bebaut wurde. Der Vermieter will hiervon nichts gewusst haben, ob dies stimmt oder nicht spielte für uns keine Rolle. Das größere Problem war leider, dass ab dem 2. Tag kein fließendes Wasser mehr da war. Nach reichlich Recherche wurde uns die Nutzung einer Zisterne ermöglicht. Prinzipiell eine gute Lösung, doch das Wasser war für Kochen und Co leider nicht nutzbar, da stark gechlort. Wasser hierfür musste von uns zugekauft werden. Zwischen Poolbad und Dusche bestand leider kein Unterschied mehr. Für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten wurde uns auf Nachfrage ein Preisnachlass gewährt. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön. Die Strände sind aber ausschließlich Strände an Klippen gelegen (steinige Strände). Womöglich liegt hier die Krux in einem Übersetzungsfehler, denn der Vermieter schrieb es gäbe einen Strand mit einer „sandy area“, hier ist jedoch kein Sandstrand gemeint, das sollte unbedingt beachtet werden. Mit Lluis hatten wir nur am ersten Tag Kontakt, danach wohl mit einem Familienmitglied, das bestens über das Haus informiert gewesen ist. Es wurde in der Regel zügig geantwortet dennoch waren wir mit dem Gesprächsverlauf oftmals nicht ganz glücklich und hätten uns mehr Verständnis oder produktives Vorgehen wegen dieser unerwarteten und unverschuldeten Schwierigkeiten erhofft.

Ruhige Lage an der Küste, toller Garten und Poolanlage, Sauberkeit der Wohnung war leider nicht sehr gut - der Vermieter ist uns aber preislich entgegengekommen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut geklappt!

The villa is located in a beautiful rural location, perfect for coastal walks , cove swimming and trips to Arta. The villa is comfortable and quiet. The hosts were very willing to offer advice when needed.

A great stay in the beautiful North of Mallorca

We spent perfectly relaxing days in this Villa in a super quiet surrounding. The house is very new, well furnished and offers all amenities you need for a perfect stay. The pool (3.5x7 m) is very refreshing and was perfectly cleaned twice during our stay. The house offers stunning views towards the mountains from the terrace and the pool and towards the sea from the upper level. Betlem is the last village before the natural reserve area starts, so there is no passing through traffic at all. It is the ideal place if you want to have quit relaxing days and it is also perfect as starting point for hikes, and cycling (next very friendly and well equipped rental 5 km away in neighbouring village). If you love to go for morning runs there is an idyllic coastal run that offers all different types of routes: trail through nature, super small street without cars next to coast, esplanade in Colonia and little harbour - back and forth 10 km. We can highly recommend this house and the friendly hosts, that are always open to help with any questions. Keep in mind, that you need to have a car or bike to go shopping (5 km daily (bakery), and appr. 15 fkm or bigger shopping).

Super entspannte Zeit!

Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser neuen und hochwertigen Finca von Lius und seiner Familie. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Luis Schwester und seine Mama haben uns empfangen und alles wissenswerte zum Haus und Umgebung mit uns besprochen. Mit Luis selber war ich per Whatsapp in Verbindung, seid der Buchung und auch bei Fragen während des Aufenthaltes, sehr nette Familie und schnelle Antwort garantiert. Die Finca selber liegt in einem kleinen Ort, in dem man echt die Ruhe und Idylle geniessen kann. Man kann von dort ans Meer spazieren gehen oder wandern, oder einfach den tollen Pool und diese tolle Finca geniessen. BBQ vorhanden, und wenn man in Arta frischen Fisch oder einheimisches Fleisch kauft, kann man einfach herrlich grillen und lecker vor Ort essen. Auch der kleine Nebenort Colonia de Sant Pere lädt mit Restaurants und Bars ein. Rundum eine gelungene Woche, auch in diesen Corona Zeiten ein absolutes Hightlight. Vielen Dank Luis und Familie, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften. Auf hoffentlich bald. Liebe Grüße

Great and clean Villa, very good beds, nice pool, AC worked well, very quiet area. So if you want to party a lot, get elsewhere. Two restaurants are nearby and also the beach is close the Villa. We only missed proper coffeemaker (Finnish people drink lots of coffee) and maybe there could have been some kind of House instructions and travel tips. We had anyway a great holiday.

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir haben unsere Osterferien 2019 mit vier Erwachsenen und drei Kindern verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist hochwertig eingerichtet und neu. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lluis ist ein sehr zuverlässiger Gastgeber, der stets asnsprechbar für uns war. Herzlichen Dank Lluis!
