"Great location with Daiba Train Station directly adjacent to hotel and the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal a short walk away. Large property with spacious and very clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was included and while we found it to be quite mediocre, it is definitely convenient. A Lawson’s convenience store is steps away as is a delicious pastry shop! Three shopping malls are within walking distance should you need to use up a bit of free time."

"Stayed to be close to Exhibition Hall. There is not much else in the area. Hotel seemed to be designed for many tour groups. Breakfast offering was adequate but line ups usually with only one coffee machine. Would not choose this location again. Desk staff were friendly and excellent. Room had no area for suitcases, very small closet."

Hot spring - fantastic view Con - Location - it’s a bit far from center Staff - there was no service at all. You will need to go down to lobby for “everything” such as towels, pillows … toilet paper. They won’t do any delivery. Room - it got really noisy in the morning Hot spring - you need to bring the towel from your room. Will we stay here...

"The room was clean, beds comfy, and spacious enough for two people. Coffee and pastry was nice for the early mornings before restaurants were open. Convenient location. My only complaint was the dryer took forever to dry my clothes, had to restart it three times. "

"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...
