It was really hot in Annecy during our stay but there are shutters and fans provided that helped lots. Would highly recommend especially for families. "

"The studio was completely remodeled in a very charming way, and decorated nicely. Appreciated having all the things one requires when prepping a simple meal if on the go or headed out to explore. The bed was comfortable. There is a ladder to reach the bed in a loft, and 3 flights of stairs to reach the suite, for anyone with mobility issues this should be considered. Loved my stay, and look forward to next time!. "

"Location is everything and this place has it. Right in the heart of Annecy. It does have a few drawbacks however. It is on top floor of building so you have to deal with sloping roof on both sides of the apartment. If you are under 5’2” this is probably not a big deal. I’m 6’ and bumped my head numerous times. We were also fortunate the temperature never got above 75 degrees as there was only a portable AC unit that could not have cooled the upstairs bedrooms if it had been hotter. We also had...

"I booked the studio in March for a trip in June. The day of the check-in the host did not answer my messages nor the messages from vrbo. My booking was cancelled and due to lack of available hotels in the same city I had to travel to another city at about 30 miles to have a place to sleep that night. "

"This was a lovely little apartment with modern ammenities in a 250 year old building. The host left lots of info about where to eat and what to see and do. We loved it. "

"The apartment is not too far from the old town, lake, and there’s a small grocery store next door. Bright and bigger than expected. Nice little balcony overlooking the street. Nicolas was very helpful and responsive. We would certainly stay again. "
