"Excellent location. Really nice quirky house. The bad: communication, cleanliness, and heaters locked too low.Annoying paperwork and communication through rubbish third-party app that the company that owns this place uses across all listing sites rather than communicating directly through VRBO.Mold in downstairs shower on the wall at approx 2m above floor. Heater upstairs was locked to be raised no higher than 20.5C.This place feels like a fairly shoddily managed commercially-run place by a...

"It's a very nice comfortable apartment w all good amenities, situated in the old Annecy. We highly recommend. Laurent the host is very responsive."

Our host was very helpful, sending lots of communication beforehand, and being available to questions from us during our stay too, All in all, we had a fantastic...
