    This three-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor apartment is situated inside the medieval city walls of the old town of Annecy, just inside the Perrière gate. Spread over 92m², it is set up to welcome six guests.

    The decor has funky contemporary touches and there are subtle references to swans throughout. Real swans are to be found just down the road, on the canals and the lake. Bedrooms are spacious, there is lots of storage space, and a great open plan kitchen/dining lounge space.

    All in all, we think you and your group will be as enthusiastic as we are about this amazing property! Enjoy!

    Please note there is no lift in this ancient building, and there are 32 steps from street level to the front door of the apartment. There is no A/C system per se, but standing fans with a cooling system that helps during eventual heat waves.



    The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
    before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
    up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Swansdoors in Annecy was very warm and cosy. The apartment is in a fabulous location, easy to find and right in the Old Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

L'appartement est très bien situé au coeur de la ville et de tous commerces. Le logement est aménagé avec style et très confortable pour 6 personnes. La place de parking mise à disposition à proximité est très appréciable. Laurent est un hôte très sympathique et prévenant.

Perfect stay in Annecy

Beautiful Annecy added a completely different experience to our trip to France. The snowy mountains, tranquil buildings, and lake create a comfortable atmosphere. The host was kind and attentive, and the detailed service made us feel very warm. The facilities in the house were complete, making our stay perfect.

Wonderful, well-appointed apartment. The location in center of old city makes access to restaurants, shopping, the canals and the lake easy. Ice cream is literally at the doorstep! Apartment is surprisingly quiet despite its location. Host was very organized making checkin/checkout simple. We would definitely stay again.

Do yourself a favor and book this villa! It is literally in the heart of Annecy and you can walk any place you like. Laurent met us for check in which was an extra special personal touch. The home is spectacular and finished to perfection. Stay here and be part of an experience you won’t forget!

Our hearts were left in Annecy! What an absolute dream stay we had, our biggest regret was not staying longer!! The apartment was exactly as described in the heart of Annecy, truly the best location you could ask for. We can't wait to come back.

Perfect stay in Annecy

What a fantastic property! We were so surprised when we got to this accommodation, its perfectly situated in walking distance for everything that you would want or need in Annecy. The bedrooms were perfect and the social spaces were fab too. The host was so lovely and helpful too. We had a wonderful weekend and as a group of 6 friends, are already wanting to return with our families! Would recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay here Laurent was very accommodating and helpful. The space was perfect for a two night stay to explore Annecy, beautiful decor!
