"The town of Woodstock is about 15 minutes away. The view of the Catskills was incredible from the back screened in porch. Nice and clean and well equipped. "

"I spend the weekend with my mom, daughter and aunt. The house was very clean & comfortable. The host was very friendly and welcoming. He left us eggs, zucchini and samples of honey and syrup. Location was close to many activities. I would stay here again."

"House is ideal for large groups. In addition to wonderful pool and hot tub there are several large seating areas where everyone can gather. In evening there ‘s an outdoor fireplace with seating for 10…pretty magical! House is at end of a quiet street and has very nice landscaping. Furnishings are chateau-like with many luxurious finishes. Walking trail to Hudson River available. "Fantastic place - amazing location right on main street but it leads out back to a private yard with an amazing view of the mountains. Inside is set up with amazing places to hang out and relax. Fully renovated kitchen. Lots of attention to detail makes this a really lovely location, can't recommend enough."

"We had a very relaxing stay. Just what we needed. The cottage and property were beautiful. Jane was an excellent hostess. I highly recommended the Streamside Cottage."

"We had a fantastic few days at Bellavista with a large group of friends. We enjoyed the gorgeous views, the peace and quiet and secluded nature of the property, the space and the facilities. The garden was extremely enjoyable with the swimming pool, the fire pit and so much more! Thank you!We hope we will be able to come back again soon and really recommend this property."

The layout with 2 kitchens and two sitting areas was a lot of fun and we had plenty of space to accommodate the millennials vs boomers We are thinking of making a visit to this house a yearly tradition "

"This is a gorgeous property (as beautiful as the pictures online)! And there are so many places for people to sleep, a giant lovely table and other spaces to gather at, a private lush setting. Valerie was responsive in all ways, proactively provided great local info and directions, and made it all feel very easy and made us feel very welcome. When we arrived at night, lights were on, all beds were made (even sofa beds), and it was good to go. We would love to go back!"
