Spend a wonderful vacation near the beach in this beautiful house with capacity for 8 people in Sant Elm
Within an amazing natural environment, you can take a refreshing dip in the beautiful chlorine pool that sizes 12 x 6 metres and with a depth between 1.50 and 1.80 metres. You can sunbathe on a sunbed at the fantastic terrace around the pool while admiring the wonderful views of fields and forests. You will find several furnished areas by the pool to enjoy the good weather while having breakfast in the morning or dinner under the straw roof surrounded by a beautiful vegetation. The house offers beautiful garden areas to enjoy the great Majorcan weather. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The 190 m2 house has 2 floors. It has a unique style conserving traditional details like the wooden beams or the stoned walls, combined at the same time with nowadays elements so that you will have all comforts during your stay. When entering you will find a spacious living- dining room with a sofa and armchairs where you can relax while watching TV and the rustic dining table. It also features a fireplace for the coldest days. The kitchen is independent and it is well equipped to cook during your vacation. It offers a gas stove, a microwave, an electric oven and a table with chairs to cook in good company., among others. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe completes this floor. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and a closet and the second with a double bed, closet and a shower en-suite bathroom. The last bedroom is outside the house. It is an annex with a double bed, a single bed, a closet and a fireplace for the coldest nights. It also has a shower en-suite bathroom. The accommodation has 4 standing fans, so that you can use them as you wish in any part of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and highchair for you.

This house is only 1.5 km from the village of Sant Elm, a very quiet tourist area. You will find the basic services in the village. You can go to Andratx and Port d'Andratx for the rest, where you can have a walk and enjoy the gastronomy. The beach of Sant Elm is only 1.5 km from the house. It is a little sandy beach where you can enjoy a nice beach day. You can also visit Cala Conills, a rocky beach and a beautiful corner to relax in front of the sea. An excursion to the island of Sa Dragonera is a must visit.

Due to the fact that this is a forest area, it is forbidden to make fires.

Charming family villa

The property was incredibly charming. We loved the goats, frogs and cats. They weren’t intrusive just added to the quirkiness of the place. For the price it was excellent. The walk to Sant elm was easy once we worked out the path rather than the road which was busy and no pavements. Sant elm is a fabulous holiday resort for high end bars and restaurants. The swimming pool was fabulous. However perhaps new sunbeds and outside seating in that area. We loved eating in the beautiful area covered by flowers and pomegranate trees. Fans were provided which was good as no air conditioning. Overall we loved the old traditional charm and beautiful setting.

A special place - but missing some basics

A group of eight of us stayed here for four nights. The place itself is beautiful, set off the road in a stunningly peaceful area, with local goats that pass through adding to the charm. It's so peaceful, and the pool area is perfect with glorious views. Before arriving I had numerous emails with Homerti who manage the property, checking about this and that. I was advised that there would be washing up liquid, soaps, bath towels but not beach towels, questions like this. However, there was no washing up liquid, hardly any toilet roll, very little in the way of cleaning equipment, no dustpan and brush. The wifi never worked, even though someone came to ask about it (5G coverage is good however, so not a major issue fortunately). The hob only had one working burner, the other three would not stay alight. The bed mattresses are ok, but the pillows are very poor quality. No one slept very well. It's a wonderful place and I would go back, and it's a shame to have to point these things out, as they could so easily be sorted. The management and/or owners should make sure the basics are covered. It should also be pointed out that the Google maps route from the airport advises coming off the main road a few kilometres early. Do not do this, you'll end up on a very poor track, when a much closer entrance to the track is possible. The closer entrance is in the property pics, but not made clear enough. It's still a great place, we had a super time all in all.

The location is very quiet set between small mountains and in a forrest area with plenty of wild life. We really enjoyed the stay.

A lovely location, house needs some attention.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at Can Bolei. The location in the valley was beautiful and was so close to San Telm. However we had some issues. It could have been made more obvious in the initial advert that the house was "off road" - down an unmade track. Directions to the house should have been clearer, not just a spot on a map and some photos. The house was "quirky", which we liked, but there were some notable omissions - there was no dishwasher so tea towels, washing up liquid and a dish cloths should have been provided.There was no brush, no dust pan and no cloths for cleaning up, mopping up spills etc. Also there were no bowls for cooking or trays to go in the oven. The house accommodates 8 people but there are not enough lounge chairs for this number of people, another sofa would make a big difference. Please , please replace the shower head in the annexe, the one that's there is just inadequate. With just a few changes the house could be lovely. The pool area and gardens are really beautiful and the pool clean and well kept.
