"This was an excellent hotel to stay in for a visit to New York. Located less than a minute’s walk from Times Square and close to subway stations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was clean and homely. I would highly recommend this hotel if coming to see The Big Apple! "

Just a couple negatives: towels were rough (we didn't ask for new ones), TV was very laggy, we could hear many noises from the building (like people pulling down their blinds, other odd sounds). The positives outweighed the negatives. We were so busy in the city that we didn't do anything besides stay in our room when we came back to the hotel.
