"Everyone is so friendly and hospitable. Upon arrival, the front desk brought tea and snacks, allowed us for early check in. She also gave us a brochure explaining the places to visit, nearby bank/pharmacy and restaurant to go. They start their day early so it can be quite noisy especially when we stay right below the restaurant. Location is just beside train street and peaceful :) 5/5 would visit again!"

"I enjoyed my stay even though it was only for a night. I got the room on the 2nd floor, which had a little balcony and kitchen. I was quite amazed at how spacious the room was given that the building looked small from the outside. Room was clean and water pressure is good. Bed is firm - I had a good sleep. Well located with cafes within 5 walking distance. Old quarters is an easy 15-20 min walk away. I would stay here again if I return to Hanoi!"

"The staff were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful and since we were there on Christmas, their cheerful holiday spirit was very much appreciated. The room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best we had on our two week trip. Just so delicious! We had the adjoining rooms and it was very quiet. There were no windows I. Either ion which, personally, I don’t know if I could do again (a bit of claustrophobia!) but it worked this...
