"The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb. The room was clean and well thought out. The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite. "This place is PERFECT!! Right off the square, walking distance to so many sites and wonderful restaurants, clean, comfy bed and pillow, BIG bathroom!!, and super super nice staff. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but I am sure it was fantastic. A great value for the price."

"Ideal location for key tourist sites.Friendly staff. One of the day receptionists was particularly helpful with visit suggestions - and also when we needed to change rooms. Good breakfast in pleasant surroundings. No other meals provided but there are lots of nearby restaurants. BUT the hotel needs new investment. There is no aircon and the plumbing system gave off awful smells. Our ‘premium’ room (52)on the top floor was too hot even in June ( close to 30C and stuffy). We moved to a lower...

"My stay was pleasant. The greatest aspect of this hotel is: location, location, location. Plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment options all within a very short walk. The breakfast was good, albeit lacking in options, but that's ok. Note that there is no air conditioning, or ceiling fans, so the room felt very stuffy by late afternoon unless you keep the windows open."
