Younger staff were poorly trained - example: even after checking-in with their QR coded process, when I went to get my key the young person at the desk said they had no record of my reservation. I showed them my Expedia confirmation and she still denied I had a reservation. It took another person to get it fixed. Important: their QR code check-in asked for date of birth and place of birth. "The hotel is very nice and clean. It is well located near the train station, but still reasonably walkable to the old town and really easy using public transportation. The room was nice, and they have a small workout room which I used."

It’s 20km from berchtesgaden and the Eagles Nest. It has no real amenities close by except supermarkets and a gas station. We ate in Berchtesgaden as it had life and better option. The hotel is ok for an overnight stay."

"Master Mirabell has a GREAT location. We were so close to the Mirabell gardens, palace and easy to get to other areas. The hotel is more like a long term stay sort of arrangement with a washer/dryer in the lower level and kitchenettes in the rooms. The a/c didn't work well in one of our rooms, communication with the host was great and they offered fans to help cool things down. "Stayed for 2 nights. Exactly opposite to the main railway station and bus hub. Staff are very friendly. We came couple of hours earlier still they allowed us to check in. While leaving also we checked out and left the luggage in the hotel safely till 3 PM. Breakfast is available but was little pricey we didn't opt for it. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Very good hotel for stays."
