"This is a decent hotel. The lobby is nice and air conditioned as are the rooms. It wasn’t the warmest reception we got when we checked in but we think maybe it’s a cultural thing? The pool was nice and the breakfast was pretty good (costs 20€ unless you buy a package in which it’s included). Younger staff were poorly trained - example: even after checking-in with their QR coded process, when I went to get my key the young person at the desk said they had no record of my reservation. "Master Mirabell has a GREAT location. We were so close to the Mirabell gardens, palace and easy to get to other areas. The hotel is more like a long term stay sort of arrangement with a washer/dryer in the lower level and kitchenettes in the rooms. "Stayed for 2 nights. Exactly opposite to the main railway station and bus hub. Staff are very friendly. We came couple of hours earlier still they allowed us to check in. While leaving also we checked out and left the luggage in the hotel safely till 3 PM. Breakfast is available but was little pricey we didn't opt for it. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Very good hotel for stays."
