"I'd recommend, just not in a heatwave. I would have given the hotel a much better review if the air conditioning actually did anything or even if they would acknowledge that the air conditioning wasn't up to the current extreme heatwave, and if the guy working the front desk on the evening of July 28th hadn't been such a condescending jerk. "The guy who checked us in Szlotan was not helpful and when I came back down to mention there was no bottled water as promised - he said there should be complimentary water on the tables - i said there is none - he said in Germany you can drink from the taps - the lady at checkout was very helpful and apologized on his behalf but we were now checking out. Overall property was average for rate paid and service was not great."

"The room is clean and spacious. Staff is helpful and explained everything. Parking is convenient. However, it is a bit away from the city center. With car, I have no issue on distance but the parking in city center is not easy esp in weekends as many roads are pedestrianized."

"Stayed for 2 nights. Exactly opposite to the main railway station and bus hub. Staff are very friendly. We came couple of hours earlier still they allowed us to check in. While leaving also we checked out and left the luggage in the hotel safely till 3 PM. Breakfast is available but was little pricey we didn't opt for it. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Very good hotel for stays."
