"Die Lage ist sehr zentral und die Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert, was bei der Lage zur Straßenseite von Vorteil ist. Leider ist das Frühstück mit 18 Euro sehr preisintensiv und die Sauna muss man auch extra zahlen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"I loved the location. However.... There were a total of 6 parking spaces for the entire hotel. Otherwise you had to be out of the public lparking ot between 9AM and 6 PM. It is on a busy, noisy street and since there is no air-conditioning you must sleep with the windows open. Too LOUD. The hotel is old and in need of renovation. It is also a maze of additions and confusing to get to rooms. Elevators are needed. The laundry is in another building."

The Heritage and its staff, especially the manager, know they have you trapped in a facade of a city. The managers/staff demeanor and service are indicative of someone who has a captured audience.
