The room was exactly as pictured except even more comfortable than expected! The balcony wrapped around two sides with stunning views. We were on a motorcycle tour and unfortunately it poured with rain all the time do restricted our movement, staying at such a good hotel made all the difference."

From the first night, a strong and unpleasant odour emanated from the wash basin drain in our bathroom. We reported it immediately. Housekeeping attended the following morning and poured a chemical down the drain — the smell reduced briefly but returned in full by the second night. When we reported it again to the front desk...
