"The owners were absolutely amazing, they gave us a lot of useful information upon our arrival. Extremely helpful. They even made us a breakfast to go on our departure day as we had to leave very early in the morning. The breakfast was wonderful. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Also the location was great as well. Very close to bus stops and the train station."

"Amazing hotel. Near to the train station and the central part of harleem. Staff attentive, friendly and knowledgeable x We spent days out in different areas, harleem, Amsterdam, etc and within walking distance to the station. Hotel room was quirky and beautiful x clean and tidy. Staff definitely keep the place in great order. We had breakfast one day and plenty of choice, fresh food available and extra cooked options too. If we visit again would use this place as our base"

"The staff were absolutely lovely and helped me navigate bus/train routes, were responsive. the restaurant staff were very lovely. located very close to the bus station and can easily walk to downtown. very quiet. if I find myself in Haarlem again, would love it."

"The excellent staff did all they could to make or stay as pleasant as possible. However, the rooms were outdated and a bit scruffy. We had to ask for the rugs to be vacuumed and the bathroom floor washed before we felt comfortable with the cleanliness. The major drawbacks were that the hotel is without air conditioning and some rooms are quite noisy, as they are on the street with bar and restaurants all along the street on which the hotel resides. That said, I would consider looking at it again...

"Amadeus is idéal for an overnight or budget short stay in Haarlem. The rooms are above the bar/restaurant - and mine, on the 3rd floor was quiet. Nice staff - and continental breakfast ok s included."

"The room was clean and bright. The staff was great. Loved that there was a shuttle to the airport. The only downside was no ramp entrance. Getting the luggage up the stairs was a chore."

"Great location especially for first time Amsterdam visitors. You just walk to the hotel after a long flight. You also just take the train that runs through the airport pretty much anywhere you need to go. The complimentary coffee and water dispenser by the elevator is a game-changer for any hotel and was unexpectedly awesome along with other amenities including the gym. If you need food at almost any hour of the day, you just walk to the airport plaza. I'm glad I booked the same hotel coming...

The staff were friendly and professional, and the dinner was excellent with a great variety of choices\. Overall, a wonderful stay—I would definitely recommend it and stay here again ."
