"Such an unexpected surprise, both the area and the hotel. Alessandro is a lovely, caring, host. He shows genuine kindness and concern for his guests. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The AC works great. I've always thought of Fiumicino as simply the area around the airport where you'd stay before or after a flight. As it turns out, it's a sweet, funky, beach and fishing town for locals, with lots of great restaurants and seaside walking. Highly recommended!"

"One night there before departure from Rome. Was very convenient to airport with a boardwalk of many restaurants. It was perfect! "

"The property is budget friendly and basic. The staff do not respond to your emails for airport pick up information. When we arrived at the airport it was difficult to located their pick up van. The hotel provided pictures of a van with a name on it. A van with no writing on it with a rude driver showed up to pick us up. The hotel is located very close to the airport that’s why we choose it."

"Overall, our stay was fine. A couple of disappointments. The swimming pool was unusable because the space was rented for a private gathering. Also, the rooms are very small. That’s not a big problem. They were very clean and functional."

"Property was quite close to airport but still need to take a bus or taxi which is 5-10 minute drive. Was a little gem close to the fuimicino beach area and we needed to stay for one night to catch a flight the next day. Booked on the same day, good price. No breakfast included here so would be nice to have kettle, tea/coffee options in the rooms for guests. Staff were friendly, they offer taxi service to airport, close to shops, beach, restaraunts. "

"Per quel che è servito a noi, mezza nottata, niente da dire Sicuramente non vi aspettate chissà cosa ma la posizione per chi deve imbarcarsi da Fiumicino è ottima Il 10 che diamo è sicuramente per la gentilezza e la professionalità di Gianluca che ha impiegato anche del tempo a darci consigli sul nostro viaggio in Grecia "

"Check in is pretty easy, just make sure you follow the host's instructions. We stayed in the Stone Room, which was beautiful, very soft bed and towels! You share a kitchenette with the Wood Room. I'm not a fan of the "half-enclosed" shower, however. It just makes for a wet floor and a cold shower. "
