"Second floor cute apartment super close to LSU campus, but some travelers may not feel comfortable in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the hot water wasn’t working for our stay and the mattress springs poked us all night. Overall, the apartment is clean and has some nice amenities, but the bathroom smelled damp and the mat in the shower was gross. Communication with the owner was 5 stars and they apologized for the issues. Hopefully with some updates they can get 10/10 scores again."

"Perfect for LSU move-in, move-out! Easy walk to Tiger stadium/LSU campus. Easy and close drive to Cedar/Spruce halls. The hosts are very responsive. The neighborhood is a little sketch but we felt safe in the unit, especially with the gated parking lot. Great value. Only minor complaint is the small bathroom, but the shower pressure is A! Would book again. "
