* Access & Security Check-in Instructions will be provided on the day of arrival. This message will include property address, door code and wifi information. The door code is provided only to the person who made the reservation. Please ensure that you share this information with the other members of your group, as we will not be able to provide it to anyone else. For safety and to protect your reservation, only registered guests are allowed on the property.
* Parking This property has parking for 2 vehicles inside the garage and 2 additional vehicles on driveway. Please do not block neighboring driveways or park on the street (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner`s expense).
* Deliveries No mail or package deliveries are allowed during your stay. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.
* Noise & Respect for Neighbors No loud music or disruptive noise, especially outdoors or in common areas. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other guests.
* Smoking No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the home. A cleaning/deodorization fee of $200 will be charged if this rule is violated. Smoking is allowed only outside and away from doors and windows. Please do not throw cigarrete butts on ground/grass.
* Cleanliness & Maintenance Please treat the space with care and report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Please note that any damages inside the house, as well as any broken or lost items, will result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacements. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning charge.
* Bedrooms & Stairs Safety Please note that all bedrooms are located upstairs. Guests must use the staircase to access them. For everyone’s safety, please exercise caution when going up and down the stairs, especially children and elderly guests. We are not responsible for any accidents, falls, or injuries that may occur due to lack of supervision or care.
* Guest Count The number of guests must match your reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed. If the number of guests is more than the ones registered, an additional fee of the maximun capacity of the house will be charged.
* Security Cameras For safety and insurance reasons, we monitor the exterior of the property using security cameras. For your privacy, there is absolutely no cameras inside the properties.
* Parties & Events No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. In violation of this, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $1,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.
* Pets No pets are allowed. Violation of this will incur in an additional fee of $250.

Newer townhome in a great neighborhood close to campus. I stayed for 13 days this month for LSU move-in and rush. The condo was clean, but could really use a deep cleaning (walls, baseboards, carpets). It’s also very minimally appointed. One towel per person. One kitchen towel for the whole stay. We made it work by purchasing some extras at Walmart while we were there. 3 full bathrooms, comfy beds, and GREAT air conditioning. So much so that the few extra blankets they provide are needed! Overall it was a great stay and we’d definitely rent again.

Townhouse was just as described
Townhouse was beautiful and new. Needed batteries for the remote in the living room and the handyman brought 4 new ones right over. We ended up having to unplug the TV to get it to work. Would stay again if we are ever in the area.

Great location and SPACIOUS
I had a fantastic stay at this VRBO hosted by The Sweetlife Group. The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and thoughtfully set up—perfect for relaxing or getting a little work done. Everything was exactly as described, if not better.The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and transportation. It made getting around super simple and stress-free.The Sweetlife Group was responsive, professional, and made check-in a breeze. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and hospitality. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Bowling tournament trip
Over all stay was ok. We had a few issues while there. The garage door kept opening randomly, one toilet flapper kept getting stuck even after maintenance changed flapper. The previous booker left there trash in garage an it wasn't picked up before we arrived after checkin so the garage smelled horribly. The outlets in the dinning room wouldn't work, coffee pot wouldn't work ( was replaced ) did notice a smoke detector missing . Neighbor was nice an convenient for the tournament we were there for.

Came down to visit my daughter who’s currently in college in Baton Rouge. We hung out on Saturday and Sunday morning. Drove to New Orleans and watched the Super Bowl I drove back Sunday night and left out early Monday morning driving back to St. Louis

Nice Location
We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was practically new. Great accommodations! The only drawback... no bedrooms on the 1st floor. All the bedrooms were upstairs, especially our 84 year old mother. However, we managed. first floor

Spacious and clean
This property was very spacious and was just as advertised. It was very clean and we were able to cook in the kitchen with no issues. I wish there were blinds on the kitchen door because you could see directly into the two neighbors' kitchens. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Great place near campus
The house location and neighborhood are very good. It's near campus.
The house is nice and we enjoyed our stay. It wasn't as clean as we'd have liked upon arrival. Quite a few bugs and cobwebs. Also, the master bedroom sheets had stains that didn't look great.
Overall, this was a good place and the price was reasonable for what you're getting.
